Terms of Service — Wanderly

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wanderly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wanderly is an AI-powered travel planning assistant that searches real-time flight and hotel data, generates itineraries, and provides travel research. Results are sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate or up to date.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free plan: anonymous users receive 3 trip plans. Signed-in free users receive 10 per day.
Pro plan: unlimited usage for a monthly subscription fee. Billed via Stripe.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Resell or redistribute results from the Service without permission.
Submit content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

Wanderly uses artificial intelligence to generate travel recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify critical travel details (flight times, visa requirements, pricing) with official sources before booking.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Wanderly. Your conversation content belongs to you, and you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wanderly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate travel information, missed flights, or booking errors. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting samakubi@gmail.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
