- Account data: email address and name provided through Google Sign-In or email authentication.
- Usage data: trip queries, conversation history, and feature usage to improve the service.
- Payment data: billing information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Analytics data: anonymized page views and interactions collected via PostHog to improve user experience.
- Error data: technical error reports collected via Sentry to maintain service reliability.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the Wanderly travel planning service.
- To process subscriptions and payments.
- To send service-related communications (e.g., billing receipts).
- To improve our AI agents and search quality.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- AI providers (OpenAI) to process your travel queries. Queries are not used to train third-party models.
- Search providers (SerpAPI, Tavily) to fetch real-time flight, hotel, and web results.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Supabase for authentication and data storage.
- Vercel for hosting and infrastructure.
4. Data Retention
Conversation history is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual conversations at any time. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Anonymous users receive a cookie to track free trial usage. Analytics cookies (PostHog) are used to understand how the service is used.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at samakubi@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
